Objekti: Ekspertizë e jashtme në komunikim dhe organizim eventesh – Projekti CIRCLE
Bashkia Fier, në kuadër të zbatimit të projektit CIRCLE, të programit Interreg VI-A IPA Greece–Albania 2021–2027, fton ekspertë, organizata dhe subjekte të interesuara të shprehin interesin për ofrimin e shërbimeve të ekspertizës së jashtme në fushën e komunikimit dhe organizimit të eventeve.
Subjektet e interesuara ftohen të paraqesin CV-në individuale ose profilin e organizatës/subjektit, duke evidentuar përvojën përkatëse në komunikim, promovim dhe organizim eventesh, së bashku me të dhënat e kontaktit.
Dokumentacioni duhet të dërgohet në adresën info@bashkiafier.gov.al, brenda datës 27/09/2026, me subjekt: “Shprehje interesi / CIRCLE”.
Vetëm subjektet e perzgjedhur do të ftohen më pas të marrin pjesë në procedurën e tenderimit.

Subject: External expertise in communication and event organisation – CIRCLE Project
The Municipality of Fier, within the framework of the CIRCLE project under the Interreg VI-A IPA Greece–Albania 2021–2027 Programme, invites interested experts, organisations and entities to express their interest in providing external expertise in communication and event organisation.
Interested parties are invited to submit their individual CV or organisation/company profile, highlighting relevant experience in communication, promotion and event organisation, together with their contact details.
Documentation must be submitted to info@bashkiafier.gov.al by 27 September 2026, with the subject line: “Expression of Interest / CIRCLE”.
Only shortlisted applicants will subsequently be invited to participate in the tender procedure.
